As a hands-on asset manager, she specializes in identifying operational gaps and implementing rigorous KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By streamlining communication and eliminating inefficiencies, Carla actively drives down operating costs to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and force property appreciation.
