Carla Cordoves
Managing Partner
Carla Cordoves serves as a managing member of Gold Moon Capital, boasting over a decade of experience in real estate investment and key stakeholder management. Her journey commenced at the age of 21 with the purchase of her first home, marking the genesis of her commitment to the field. Over time, she adeptly incorporated Short Term Rentals into her growth strategy, subsequently realizing her fervor lay in multifamily properties. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Carla's linguistic repertoire mirrors her extensive international experiences, having resided in three countries and explored dozens more. Her life's trajectory, enriched by diverse cultural encounters, imbues her with a distinctive perspective on enhancing residential value, a perspective that resonates deeply with investors.
Giselle Echenique
Managing Partner
Giselle Echenique serves as a managing member of Gold Moon Capital. She holds a diploma in engineering and has a Master's degree in Finance. Born in Venezuela, she speaks both Spanish and English and has experience in purchasing homes, land, and short-term rentals. She has taken on roles involving key stakeholder management and project management. Giselle is passionate about real estate, providing value to investors, and finding win-win solutions.
